Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. To reserve a photobooth or other party rental equipment, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

1.2. Payment: The full payment for the rental services is due prior to the event date. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

2.1. Cancellation: Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing at least [30 DAYS] prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of total money already paid.

2.2. Refunds: Refunds are only provided in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within [30  days] of the event date.

3. Equipment Use and Liability:

3.1. Equipment Use: The rented equipment is to be used solely for its intended purpose. Any misuse or damage caused by negligence will result in additional charges.

3.2. Liability: RMJ Entertainment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our rental equipment during your event.

4. Setup and Removal:

4.1. Setup: Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time to set up the rented equipment. Please ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for setup.

4.2. Removal: The rented equipment will be dismantled and removed by our team at the end of the rental period. Please ensure that the venue is accessible for removal.

5. Client Responsibilities:

5.1. Venue Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue allows for the setup and use of the rented equipment.

5.2. Power Supply: The client must provide access to a reliable power supply for the rented equipment.

6. Indemnification:

6.1. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold RMJ Entertainment harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our rental equipment.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

8. Amendments:

8.1. RMJ Entertainment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
