Silent Party Beats: Rent for Any Event

Take your event to the next level with our silent party headphone rentals, delivering a one of a kind, immersive audio experience for your guests. With three music channels to choose from, everyone can enjoy the tunes they love, all while keeping the party noise-free and ideal for both indoor and outdoor events! We proudly serve all of Florida, including major cities such as Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and St. Petersburg.

You have the option to either cover the full rental fee so your guests can use the headsets at no cost to them, or choose our “Charge Per Headset” package, where you won’t be charged for the service. Instead, each guest will be charged $7 per headset rental. This option requires a minimum of 50 guests.

How many headsets are available for rent?

We offer up to 50 headsets for rent for silent parties. Each headset allows for a seamless experience with crystal-clear sound on any of the three available music channels.

How do the three music channels work, and do we need to provide the music?

Our silent party headsets feature three channels, enabling guests to switch between different types of music. Clients have the option to provide playlists for up to three channels or hire up to three DJs, each offering a unique genre on their respective channel. This gives your guests the freedom to enjoy a variety of music styles, all through one headset.

How long does the battery last on the headsets?

The headsets have a battery life of approximately 8-10 hours, which is more than enough for most events. We’ll make sure they are fully charged and ready to go before your rental period begins.

How far can guests roam while using the headsets?

The headsets have a range of up to500 feet from the transmitter, so guests can freely move around the event space without losing connection to the music.

Do you provide full setup and breakdown of the silent party equipment?

Yes, we handle everything! Our team will bring all the necessary equipment to your event, set it up, and ensure it's working perfectly. Once the event is over, we will return to handle the breakdown as well.

How long does setup take, and how far in advance will your team arrive?

Setup usually takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the event space. Our team will arrive at least an hour before the event starts to ensure everything is ready and tested.

What space do you need for the transmitters and equipment?

We require a central table or area for our equipment, ideally near the DJ or music source if you're providing the music. If not, we simply need a table where we can place our transmitters and music source.

Can you ship the equipment to us for an event?

Since this is a new service we're offering, we're currently only providing it for local, in-state events where we handle the setup and equipment. However, we plan to expand and offer shipping to all states for a variety of events in the near future.
